The American Legion Be the One program is focused on helping destigmatize asking for mental health support, provide peer-to-peer support and resources, and educate everyone on how they can Be the One.American Legion Post 113 in Elizabethtown is sponsoring a Suicide Prevention Seminar with a VA professional. Agenda: 5:30pm-6:00pm social time with food6:00pm-7:00pm trainingThe training provided will be reducing the stigma about asking for help, how to talk to the person and ask tough questions, and provide information on where to get help.
